Cold Snap

A few days ago we had a huge storm which brought in a cold front. So cold, we had to pull out winter clothes and wear them for two days. Sweaters, tights, jackets....in December. It was really weird.

But now the warm weather is returning and I'm really glad because it was "beginning to look a lot like", you know, NOT Christmas.

Having spent my whole life living on, around, near, below the Equator it is engrained in my brain that Christmas means swimming pools, cookouts, and t-shirts.

So bye-bye cold weather. See you in July.

Love the pictures! Enjoy your hot
"Christmas" weather (I hope it stays)! When my mother-in-law told us she was cold, I thought she was losing it, until I found she really WAS cold! :) Here it is COLD and it's a little tough for us as it's our first winter in a decade! Well, at least it's usually sunny! Have a great weekend!

I was surprised to hear that Paraguay is having cold weather this late in December. It would be wierd to have a cold Christmas in Latin America. Glad that things corrected themselves!
