oh, my goodness! that's an enormous amount of bananas...how cool is that?!
That's a good shot.
I love banana bread! and you can save loaves in freezer for when guests pop in. I"ve been baking alot of Amish Friendship Bread lately and freezing it! I add bananas to it as well.
Cool! Check to see if it needs to be propped up. We had a banana tree that fell down with the weight of the bananas because we didn't know to prop it up. I'll be waiting for you to post all kinds of yummy banana recipes!
